Support ex-football and ex-rugby players who are affected by neurodegenerative disease as a result of their sporting careers.
Provide practical support to families and carers for those who have suffered from concussion, post-concussion, CTE and other neurodegenerative diseases and their families.
Promote education and understanding of the positive impact of taking part in sport for health and for brain health while raising awareness of the risks of concussion and other associated neurodegenerative diseases
